2. Reservations & Bookings

• Room reservations are subject to availability.

• A valid ID proof is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

• Advance payment or full payment may be required to confirm bookings.

• The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of invalid payment, incomplete information, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed based on availability and additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund (as per the booking terms).

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur retention charges.

• No refunds are applicable for no-shows or early departures.

5. Use of Resort Facilities

Guests are expected to use resort facilities responsibly and maintain decorum within the premises. Any damage caused to property or facilities will be chargeable.
The resort reserves the right to deny services or evict guests for misconduct or violation of property rules.

6. Events & Celebrations

For weddings, corporate functions, or private events, separate event agreements and advance payments apply. Guests are required to follow the resort’s event guidelines, including sound limits, decor restrictions, and safety policies.

• Loss of personal belongings or valuables not kept in a safe locker.
